We engage with you in relation to:
• the provision of information and assistance with completing forms. (wrong information at the Contract forming stage is the biggest cause of insurance disputes)
• explain the meaning of specialist insurance terms and what Policies actually mean
• the options open to you and
• are there to be on your side when a claim arises.
Above all it is recognised that Clients like to save money and have competitive insurance. As a general rule of thumb I never expect to obtain new business unless I can save the potential Client money.
However, it also has to be recognised that improvements may not always be possible. If I do not think I can offer something better I say so.
Our experience
Our insurance background is extensive. Chris Goddard has worked as an Insurance Broker for over 35 years and is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute as a Chartered Broker.
Mel Goddard, a Chartered Insurer, provides appropriate support and has been in the Industry for over 25 years and continues to work in the insurance market in the City.
Both have acted as Lawyers Expert Witnesses on insurance disputes.
